Jorge Luis Perez is the Founder and Owner of JP Insurance Group. He began his career in the Property & Casualty insurance industry in 2004 as an exclusive agent with Allstate.
In 2011, Jorge transitioned to the independent agency model and established JP Insurance Group with a focus on delivering personalized insurance solutions and responsive client service. Today, the agency provides a comprehensive range of personal and commercial insurance products designed to help individuals, families, and businesses protect their assets and manage risk effectively.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Jorge has built JP Insurance Group around a commitment to integrity, professionalism, and long-term client relationships.
Joe Webster
Managing Director - Commercial operations
Joe Webster is the Managing Director of JP Insurance Group's Commercial Operations, leading the buildout of the firm’s commercial insurance platform and specialty real estate & hospitality practice.
With nearly a decade of experience in commercial risk management, Joe has worked with clients ranging from Main Street businesses to large real estate portfolios and complex large-scale organizations. He previously held a leadership role within Marshall+Sterling Insurance's large commercial practice.
Joe holds an MBA from Florida State University with a concentration in Risk Management & Insurance and holds the prestigious CPCU designation. His focus is building a modern brokerage that combines strong relationships, technical expertise, and practical AI-driven efficiencies to better serve clients and carrier partners alike.
