Risk Advisor (Inbound Producer) - Commercial P&C
JP Insurance is seeking a Risk Advisor (Inbound Producer) to support a growing portfolio of commercial and real estate clients.
This role will focus on business development and client relationship management across both general commercial and real estate-focused accounts. The position offers exposure to middle market and complex property and casualty programs, with an emphasis on developing long-term client partnerships and driving new business growth.
This is not a plug-and-play production role. We are building a platform from the ground up, and the right candidate will play a meaningful role in shaping business development strategy, market presence, client experience, and the long-term growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary relationship contact for inbound commercial and real estate-focused prospects generated through firm marketing and lead initiatives.

Engage prospective clients to understand operations, exposures, and insurance needs while guiding the early stages of the advisory and placement process.

Collaborate with internal placement and service teams to develop coverage strategy, structure programs, and deliver competitive insurance solutions.

Coordinate with carriers, wholesale brokers, and surplus lines partners to support timely quoting, marketing, and execution.

Manage prospect and client communication throughout the sales and onboarding process to ensure a high-level client experience.

Maintain accurate pipeline activity, account documentation, and production tracking within agency systems.

Identify opportunities for cross-sell, account expansion, and long-term relationship development.

Support renewal strategy and ongoing account stewardship for assigned relationships.

Contribute to workflow development, business development initiatives, and the continued growth of the platform.
Qualifications

Active Florida 2-20 license (additional state licenses a plus)

2-5 years of commercial P&C account management experience

Real estate and/or transportation P&C experience strongly preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
