JP Insurance is seeking a Risk Analyst to support a growing portfolio of commercial and real estate clients.

This role will serve as a primary service contact for assigned accounts while supporting program placement, renewal strategy, and day-to-day execution. The position is split across both general commercial and real estate-focused business, offering exposure to complex property and casualty programs.

This is not a passive service role. We are building a platform from the ground up, and the right candidate will play a meaningful role in shaping workflows, client experience, and long-term growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day service contact for a portfolio of commercial and real estate accounts

• Manage endorsements, policy changes, certificates of insurance, and billing inquiries

• Support the placement and renewal process, including submission preparation, remarketing, and coverage analysis

• Coordinate with carriers, wholesale brokers, and surplus lines partners to secure competitive terms and timely execution

• Assist in structuring and maintaining complex property and casualty programs

• Track renewal timelines and proactively manage deliverables to ensure smooth execution

• Support claims coordination and client communication as needed

• Maintain organized account documentation and ensure data accuracy across systems
